Athlon and G400

Did someone tried the new Athlon processor with G400???
What MB you've used?
Does it support (the motherboards) the AGP 4x???

Yes, the G400 works very well with the Athlon. I use a MicroStar 6167.

The current generation of Athlon motherboards do not support AGP 4x

hey have you got some video corruption with your g400 ?, i have tried two g400 and the same problem appears ! i ahev an athlon 600, msi 6167 128 mb sdram, have not yet tested with another video card (ati, or tnt)...

did you get the special heatsink with your msi ?

Neither do the current g400 boards so I've been told. Just the g400 chipset.
