    TV-Out Clone HELP!

    Is it possible to Clone my desktop on my tv using my G400 DH but to have two different refresh rates?
    The Cloning works, but I get 50/60Hz on my monitor! It scared me shitless the first time...
    Surely it must be possible to keep my monitor's refresh rate whIle outputting a clone at 50/60Hz? I mean, that's why there are two CRTs right?

      I've also been meaning to bring this up. I have benchmark and diagnostic software report 60 Hz on my primary monitor when in clone or DVDMax mode (also causes occasional whine). I believe this is a driver bug or function that never got implemented. I don't recall if this used to work on earlier drivers. The sales literature clearly promoted this independent refresh rate feature.

          I've DONE IT!!!!!

          while fooling around with the settings I suddenly came across: Clone Options - then - Keep optimal refresh rate - (Fairly obvious)
          I never noticed it before, but it works great! Now I can play games on my tv while still having my desktop at 100Hz... I luv it!

                  WereWolf, I'm happy this solved you're problem ... but I already had that set and still have the problem. If I run Ziff-Davis 3D WinBench or 3DMark, it reports 60Hz.

                  I wonder if the monitor model would effect this?
