G400 MAX Compatibility Questions

I'm thinking of purchasing an OEM G400 MAx with 32MB of RAM.

My first question is: does the OEM version of this card have the DVD and TV out features?

Finally, will I have any compatibility problems with this system:

Celeron 300a @ 450
128MB PC100 RAM
ABIT BH6
SB AWE 64

OEM does not have a fan.. only the MAX will have one (not solf in OEM) The ONLY difference between the OEM and retail is the software package... (for example, Expendable is NOT included with the OEM) but the hardware is identical.

There are no OEM MAXs. OEM G400s come in DH and SH. If you want the DVD playback to TV you want a DH. Only MAXs have a fan (untill you add one).
