    MAX is here and RUNNING!!

Got the Max at 5:53 PM CST, got to the board
at 6:35 PM CST. (See post on How long to get Max, et al). Box was smashed, but hopes were high. I feel sorry for Mathew, he seems to have a bit worse luck than I, but I really wish him all the best. Hang in there! Really
though, the "luck" I had installing this card was more the sweat and blood of all the MURCers who have been posting troubles and solutions for others whilst I lurked, gleaning precious knowledge. My hat is OFF to all of you! I haven't tried much(obviously), but I wanted to give credit where credit was due... to all of you. BTW, after some 3D Maxing, I might just be back looking for help, but I know where to find it. Peace, Love, & Matrox.

Well I set the AGP apeture to 128 & 64...
cant tell the diff. Set AGP to 2X, seems OK
What about shadow? Video BIOS is not shadowed at the present, as well as all the other addresses. Heck, its running fine, tech demo about 50 times, diff settings, Q2
      at 1024 X 768 X24 is great (compared to about a 5" x 7" screen @600 x 800 w/S3 virge 4M). Having fun!

use 16bit or 32bit for 3D. 24bit is not exelarated.
