G400 on Windows Millenium

I have just installed Windows Millenium build 4.90.2416 and my G400 Max is working like a charm execpt from Dual display. When I restart after choosing dual display I get a Windows protection error. I know this is a beta windows and that the Matrox PD 5.3 may not work properly on this release, but I'm just curious if anybody else has tried it, possibly have a solution, or maybe not......

I still using Windows Millennium 4.90.2399 and I have no problem with my system and the G400 (Dual Head Works perfectly woth PD5.30).
Please can you tell me where do you take this release ?
