The wait-for-ages-until-your-display-properties-pop-up problem has been solved

Some people, including me, have been reporting that I had to wait for at least 10-20 seconds before my display properties popped up.

The problem is now away, but I am not sure wheter it is because of my new Windows 98 SE install a few days back of because of the new drivers.

The people who had the problems, can you tell me wheter the new drivers solved your problems? If yes, well done Matrox.

I noticed quite a lag, not nearly as much as you. I do notice that its now fairly responsive with the 5.41 drivers, definitely much better.

I did not notice a difference with the new drivers. Still 4-6 seconds.
