How do I tell?

Love my G400max. Absolutely no problems with it. Question: How do I tell which AGP speed, 1X or 2X, I am running in? And how can I change it if it is 1X?

Hi vloher,

You can download "pcilist" from the MURC downloads. It is a win9X program that tells you all kinds of neat things including whether or not you are running AGP 1X or 2X mode.

You can download windows registry hacks from the MURC downloads as well. There is one for forceagp1x.reg and another for forceagp2x.reg. Installing forceagp2x.reg will force the AGP into 2x mode on the next reboot.
