G200 vs. G400

I was just wondering if the tv-out quality on the g400 is better than that of the g200. Also, does the single head g400 have tv-out capabilities (cause i can get a single head for $95 )

Singlehead does not have TV out capabilities. You need the maven chip, which is only only on dualhead models

From what I've heard, the g400's tv-out is a little better, but the g200 is still quite good. I didn't have the tv-out module on my g200 so I can't say for sure, but I know that the g400 is exceptional. If the g200 is anywhere near as good, it'll definitely be acceptable.
