G400 Marvel tv volume on the remote not working - - HELP!

Recently built a new computer Intel 700 Mhz with A-bit BE6-II motherboard. When I watching tv, the wheel on the mouse can control the volume and can turn oo/off the mute button but I can't get this to work at all, any ideas? It is because of my sound card which is not working properly too. I have a Soundblaster Live! Platinum sound card but the Recorder, Surround Mixer, Mixer and Speaker setting not working also -- HELP

The mouse seemed to work ok even though I select it, it still doesn't work on the PC-TV remote volume control

Hi,

Is only your mouse feature not working or sound is not working final?? If you can get everything ok by " normaly selecting it " then look at your mouse and not the sound card...
