    Can't open UtilNT.sys

In my trek to fix my photoshop crash/reboot problem, I tried to install a new vga bios, but get the message "can't open UtilNT.sys.
What up with this? I've done it like it says in the readme. I installed the nt 4.22 drivers ok. But, this newer bios from matrox is giving me fits. I have the 1.2.9 bios now.
    any suggestions?

Try flashing under DOS or W98.

I never tried flashing under NT4, but the driver should either reside in the current directory or in \WINNT\System32\Drivers (depending on the method used for loading). The flash utility obviously can't access it because it is not loaded in memory.
