Anyone having trouble with Abit and G400 Max

Anyone having trouble with Abit and G400 Max,
I have i huge problem, my computer began too freez, so i had all my hardware out, but nothing happend, then I took out my G400 max and tried another card, then it worked,
what is my problem.

Well fatnet, you should've tried the search option first...
It seems it is a known problem (although, I've never been able to reconstruct it at home). The bracket on your MAX is possibly stopping your board from seating in the AGP slot properly... You should gently twist the bracket outwards, and the hopefully your board will fit in nicely...

Perform a search of this fori and you'll find some nice illustrations how to do it, if you didn't understand what exactly I was talknig about...
