Overclock & temp

Does anyone have any experience with clocking the FSB to something like 125+ ? I use Abit's hardware doctor and I've put a sensor on the MAX, set to 55 degress. When I run 3DMark2000 it's comes with a warning. How much can the MAX take? Does anyone use extra cooling on it?
