G400 DVD playback in Windows 2000

Will the new drivers support DVD playback in Windows 2000? In case you haven't tried, when you insert a DVD in Windows 2000 with the current Matrox drivers you'll get an error message saying:
There is no Windows 2000 compatible DVD decoder available.

The Win2000 DVD player requires either a hardware decoder or software decoder to be installed before it works (go figure...why install a software decoder to have the MS software DVD work...).

I downloaded/purchased WinDVD 2000 (www.intervideo.com) last nite. Excellent playback quality, sound, etc.
