bumpwater demo + w2k on g400Max

I just tried to run the water demo that ant listed on the news page in win2000 and i got a message:
d3dxerr_capsnotsupported
This device lacks required capabilities.
I am running dual-head right now, will disable it, and see if that fixes it. in case it doesnt, does anyone have any ideas what i should do to get it working???

Make sure your desktop is in 16 or 32bpp. 24bpp won't work, since there's no hardware acceleration.

Btw, try the rigid objects demo
