AC-3 Dolby 5.1 and 400G Max DVD Player
I can't seem to get a AC-3 signal (Dolby 5.1) using the Matrox Divicore DVD player - If I use the Creative Dr3 board all is ok and if I use the software Cyberlink DVD I get the signal for use in the Creative DTT2500 5.1 Theater.....
I really like the colors in the Matrox player over the Cyberlink and Creative hardware board - but the sound sure is better with the AC-3 link (SPDIF Out - on the front of the SB Live Platinum),,,From what I have misread/read - the Matrox DVD software player does not read AC-3?? An upgrade planned??
Anybody got AC-3 signal using Matrox DVD player?? thanx.
