soyo mainboards compatiblity

Hello fellow matrox users i was wondering if there are any known issues with soyo 5yema+ motherboards and amd k6-2 processors?
I have installed the eteq service pack 4.21 and everyhting is fine apart from trying to use the turbo gl drivers which i cannot get to function at all?
The first g400 card i bought went dead after only two weeks so i thought ill persist and ordered another and this one is ok, well better than ok its a damn fine card but ive heard that open gl games run alot better is this true?

There should not be more problems with Soyo boards than with any other MVP3-based boards (the ETEQ is a remarked revision CE of the MVP3).
