G400max dual head w2k !!!

Having problems with G400Max dual head in W2K
When dual head is enabled instead of enabling 2 monitors it treats them both as 1 large monitor. ie you can enable very large resolutions spread across both screens
using 5.03 drivers Have dual bootconfig & everything Ok in 98
Any suggestions ?

At this point, that's just the way it is. It's a limitation of Win2k. It can't see the G400 as two cards, so it will only stretch the desktop. Supposedly SP1 for Win2k will address this issue...or maybe Matrox can find a way around it in future drivers...but for the time being, there is nothing you can do.

Well, just use Win98 for the dual head setup.
