It looks like he used a Vanilla, although it's hard to tell. I would have like to of seen the Max represented, but it looks fair. I wished he had posted more detailed settings.
Assuming he's using the "timings" timedemo, his scores are higher than mine, and I ran the benchmark on a slightly faster machine (PIII 550E @ 733 MHz/PC100 RAM @ 133 MHz/AGP 1x).
