I was wondering if matrox has any sort of warrenty on white box(OEM) cards?
My little cousins matrox died on him,and it is white box(OEM)....the company we got it from does not have any more warrenty left on it.It is less then 2 months old,he has not even OCed it at all.............he is very upset his "birthday present" is broken already...........................he has not done anything bad to the card at all either.

All of our cards have a 3 year warranty.
The only time that we will not offer technical support or process an RMA is if our card came in a name brand system like HP, IBM, etc.

Haig,that will be great news for him(and me I recommended that he get the card for his B-day,and I was feeling bad that it broke on him).............do you have a good number for me to call please? Also is there anything I should be aware of before calling?Comment
