Win2k Video Tools
For some reason I'm not able to "tell" the PC-VCR to use a cable connection rather than an antenna. I've tried over and over using the quick connect, but no luck.
Is there a manual way of doing it?

BTW, this is a clean install of Win2k, my last win2k install ran Video Tools without a hitch.
