g200 to g400 in W2K

Hi,
I've been following these posts for a short while as I've just recently found them. I presently have a p3 system running w2k and a g200. I have the opportunity to get a g400 real soon and plan on upgrading. Is there anything I should do first? I've seen that in win98 you need to use the matrox uninstaller. Does this work for w2k? Is there anything else to do?

Run pduninstall.exe from \winnt\system32\ folder, swap cards, install latest G400 drivers, enjoy. It should be as simple as that.
