Vsync in Win2K

How do you turn off vsync in Win2K? I'm using the beta drivers for my G400 MAX, but they're not exactly feature rich, so...

I use Powerstrip.

I tried that utility once before and it seemed to work OK with the old drivers, but I think the vsync switch(es) is/are broken in the current Win2K beta driver...
