Does the Marvel G-400 TV support ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface)?

For it to work on my KA7-100 Abit Mobo, I have to flash a beta BIOS and disable the APCI function. When I do that it seems to mess with my Hard Drives. With this function turned on, the HDs seem to work fine, any thoughts?
