Yes, it´s a shame they left the next two steps out

All 3d cards have full hardware triangle setup support a long time ago (since voodoo1 I think). PowerVR (PCX1 and 2) sadly didn´t have it in hardware, so they performed so poorly in low-end cpu´s.
