    windows me drivers

    Are there any WINDOWS ME drivers available for the G200 card ?
    I want to updgrade to ME, but I am concerned that there may not be drivers yet for ME from Matrox for the G200.

    Any suggestions please ?

      Easy answer to an easy question: Windows ME is backward compatible with Win9x, so you can use the latest drivers for the G200 (even PD6.0x, using this trick here) with WindowsME

          Is there a reason why you want to move to WinME?

          Given that Microsoft are moving towards a more unified OS, you would be better going to Win2k.

          You will probably find that in the future, if you want Whistler you will have to buy a full product. There is unlikely to be an upgrade path from WinME.

                  Matrox have certified drivers for ME for their retail G200 cards. Else you use the latest win98 drivers.
