How to install 5.14 on fresh installation of win2k and G200 ?

Hi guys .. just installed win2k pro. of course it installed the built MS drivers for the MGA-G200. How should i uninstall those dirvers ? does the old uninstaller work with win2k ? or should i change to vga and then install the new 5.14 drivers ? or just install over the built in driver ?
