Dualhead and wallpaper

Ok here is another question:

I have as the main monitor a 21" so the resolution is 1280x...
and second is a 15"
so
800x...

Now when I have wallpaper on the main monitor it shows the duplicate on the ohter one but only the center.

Is there anyway to change wallpaper per monitor
or adjust the second monitor to strech not center?
