help me on g400max 2x speed with CUSL2

I already tried all the possibilities, but still got no answer. After a big frustation I tried my g400max on one of my friend machine with intel d815eea mainboard, and guess what? the problem is fixed right away. the cpuid program detected the chipset as agp 4x capable chipset and the g400max are set as agp 2x without any problem. I tried my friend's geforce ddr on my system and guess what? the geforce works fine on my system too. it detects my asus cusl2 chipset as 4x agp and the geforce is set as 4x speed. I still can not believe it happen, but I think it must be the wrong design of the agp pro slot asus make so it made my life miserable. don't make me wrong, i love asus mobo very much, actually I never use any brand of mobo except only Asus. This is not the final, but the agp pro slot is the most possibilites for this problem.

It's not a design problem.
I have the same G400Max on the CUSL2.
NO problem whatsoever!!!

congratulation on you, using same configuration but without any problem. I already change the place of my mobo, afraid that the placement of my agp card that is not really fit or missed the place but still no luck. I think I will wait untuil g800 come and change my g400max, until that I think I stuck on 1x speed, I never play any games anyway.
