Tweak Utility Crashes

I downloaded Matrox's Technical Support Utility, but whenever I tried to generate a hardware log, it crashes. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with it?

There´s a file that you need to generate a log... read the program´s Help.

could the above file be the one you need?

I downloaded the file, but when I installed it, I got the message that a newer version was already installed. When I tried to generate that log again, the program crashed again....
