    Texture Filtering..???

what kind of filtering is :

    Linear-Mipmap-Linear ?

    Linear-Mipmap-Nearest ?

I assume that 1. is TRILINEAR & the other is Bilinear but Im not sure ..

    thanks !

The linear produces cleaner results than nearest, so linear-mipmap-linear is probably trilinear filtering.

Pics under the 'Texture Mode' section. Useful page, also.

I asked because this kind of texturing is offerd by RougeSpear Rainbow6 so I wasnt sure about the best visual texturing wich is TRILINEAR stil it takes some performance hit with my G400 but its best with my other card Gforce2MXddr..(dont flame me please I still LOVE MATROX...& this FORUM wich is the best on the whole WORLD)

HAPPY Xmas to ALL of you guys & girls(if some)...
