    AGP Texture Acceleration disabled

    er.. just a quickie!

    I have just thrown DirectX 8 on and it reports that i have no AGP texture acceleration.

    I cant think what i have done wrong...any ideas?

      Had the same problem with my pc, found the answer in the matrox gaming faq - I think

      turn netmeeting desktop sharing on, exit it, disable it then rebbot - something about netmeeting disabling agp and a few other things.

          I played a game of Elite Force and it looked ok......
