HELP! My G400 killed the video on my ASUS P3V4X

    Help!

I have been using a Matrox G400 on an ASUS P3V4X for the last couple of months and today it dead. Well, at least that the way it seems. I shut it down and then turn it back on just like normal, but all I get is a blank screen and the Award Bios Beep Error 1 long and 2 short (video error).

I even tried plugging in several other video cards into it, but its like the video is fried or something.

If anyone has heard of this problem or knows a way to fix it please let me know.

    Sincerely,

    radleta

Your BIOS is dead on your G400.

Use the Matrox recover disk to fix it. You can get all the information from http://grafi.ii.pw.edu.pl/gbm/matrox/

    Good luck
