Win2k/PD 5.51 Troubles

Everytime I try to install the drivers via the setup or manually, I get an error message:

An error occurred during the installation of this device

The system cannot find the file specified.

I've tried removing all the g400*.* files, and doing the install with the plain VGA drivers. Still didn't work.

I have also tried installing any previous version of PD, same thing...

Problem solved, had a conflict with a beta program.

Mind telling us what the program is? It sounds a little like the error I'm getting...

Matrox Video Tools

Uninstalled it, rebooted the comp with no video card drivers installed, setup worked fine...

then i reinstalled video tools. (works fine now)
