Why is the G450 performing better then the G400?

According to http://www.rolotech.com/reviews/vide.../G450eTVp4.htm , the G450 is getting 41fps with Q3A @ 1024x768x32 High Quality MAX. Now that's strange. I only remember being saw the G400 MAX getting 36fps with that setting.

Can somebody please explain this to me?

It could be the fact that the g400 opengl drivers weren´t too fast in the beginning. Now the MAX is definitely faster than a g450.
