    DivX fix for G400/G450

I don't even have a G400 or G450, but I just came across a program which could solve some of the problems you people have with DivX. It said that it can also help problems on other cards too.

    Here's the link

    Mentioned before in http://forums.murc.ws/ubb/Forum5/HTML/010303.html

Guess Sleeping Martyr went back to sleep ... never did see him post his fix.

Also check Project Mayo - The World of DivX

That's how I solved my problems

but opendivx is not backwards compatible with MS MPEG4v3 and MS MPEG4v2, so it won't do you much good with 'existing' movies.

besides, the Sasami2k player can force overlay without the need of this patch, and has _MANY_ other cool features that G4x0 users will love.

Geeez...went to the sasami2k player web site, liked what I saw (cool features) and I can't download the dang thing (or any version for that matter).

Does anybody know where else I might find the Sasami2k player

um..er... now you wouldn't happen to also have the new build 737 would you?

                  hehe, Never hurts to ask

afaik it isn't out yet.. the programmer of Sasami2k lost some files with a crash recently , so it will take some time before he's up to the point of releasing the next version.
