Can't see subtitle with DVDMax.. PLEASE HELP!!!

Well i have a Matrox G400 with Dual Head (16MB) and WINME.
I have installed divx 3.11 and 4.03 beta CODEC with G400DIVX patch.
I have a problem now I can see on TV AVI files MPEG4 or DIVX encoded, but i can't see subtitles !!!
I'm using Micro DVD software (and i can see subtitles on my monitor... but not tv!).
Please could you help me to solve this problem ?
Is it possible to see subtitles on TV (like what winDVD 2000 can do with DVD)? Have i to use some subtitles format (i'm using now micro dvd format .srt)? have i to install another player, codec, filter, patch ?

seeing the lack of responses from here, can only suggest you post in the desktop video forum as well with this problem!

Just use DivXG400 subtitle functionality. No need for MicroDVD, WMP is sufficent. How to use subtitles with DivXG400 -- readme helps.
