G450 DualHead freezes

I started my computer and it restarts itself each time.
When I try safe mode, everything looks fine.
When I removed matrox driver, card start to work with default Standard VGA win driver.
When I downloaded latest driver from Matrox, it did not even install and freezes with turning the screen to black and white and 800x600 resolution.

I use Win98se, Abit KT7A RAID mainboard and Pinacle DV.go DV card.

first off, could you post some more info about your system including a full list of your irqs.
what aperture size are you using in bios? suggest you try increasing it to 128 even 256Mb.
have you installed the via 4 in 1 driver pack & if yes, which version?
