    Force your AGP setting to 1X with MTSTU. Also, make sure you have "PNP OS: disabled" in your BIOS setup.

    I've had quite some problems with my G400 and my new mainboard. Although it's an Athlon on an AMD chipset while you have a P4 on a SiS chipset, you might give it a shot. I know it sure helped me, my system runs perfectly ever since.

      How about SiS AGP driver? Did you install it before you install G400 driver?
