    window flicker after aol-connection

everytime i connect to aol the aol-window (maximized) changes quickly to normal window and to maximized window, and so on. it flickers for ~30sec, then it's all ok. the aol-help-team hasn't any solutions, so i think it might be a problem with the matrox hardware/drivers/powerdesk!?

i'm connecting to aol via DSL, but it has appeared on my modem connection before.

    please help me!
    my system:

    512MB SDRAM133
    Matrox Millennium G400 MAX (5.91, AGP 2x)
    Windows XP Prof

Are you using the PD feature to automatically save windows positions?
Why would I send my pants to New Jersey?

Try disabling that, and see if the flicker persists.

Surfwienix, consider migrating to T-DSL though... it's as affordable as AOL DSL, same performance (AOL in fact use Telekom DSL service), and doesn't need any crappy software - you can connect using "DFÜ-Netzwerk"
