    Parhelia software bundle?

    Does anyone know if the card comes with any dvd software, like the cinemaster thing, or if the card has and dvd hardware acceleration (not like ya really need that with the cpus now.. but still).
    I didn't see any mention of dvd player software on Matrox's website.

      I know the P doesn't have HW decoding...
      it does have HW assist I beleive...

      not sure about the bundle...

          There is no DVD software bundled with the card.

          They are working with PowerDVD and WinDVD to add support for the Parhelia.
          I should have bought an ATI.

              Hi,

              there is no software bundle with the card, thats right !!
              Only a driver cd with the demos for the card, some manuals and acrobat reader 5.05 !! Thats all ....

                  Man.. kickass card and no cool software stuff with it? So much easier to bundle it than having to hunt around for "free" versions of the dvd software :P
