Would G550 work with ABIT IT7?

ABIT IT7 ask for 1.5V AGP4X video card only.

I know G550 supports AGP 4X but do I have to change any settings(jumper or anything) before I plug it in the motherboard and turn on the power?

No jumpers are needed to be changed.
G550 will auto-detect the motherboard's voltage, and adjust to the proper setting automatically.
Should work fine.
