I made a scart-rgb adapter adviced by matrox website and it seems like there is no some kind of synchronization in tv picture. Colors and other that kind of things looks good but the picture is "running" in the tv screen??? OS is WinXP and Adapter is G550. I have the latest drivers.

do you have set PAL/NTSC to the correct setting for your tele ?
Did you enable SCART-RGB in the DVD-MAX and Desktop TV settings panel?
Did you correctly shield the cable you used? Did you connect all the ground wires on the end of the VGA plug together, and to the shell? (I forgot to do the latter and I got a similar effect on my tele). -
Yes, all other things are correct and checked but I have to check the shield of the hd15 pin. All gnd connctions are connected to same gnd point including scart shield. Thanks for the advice.Comment

Shield wire is connected and absolutely nothing happened. I check the volteges of the RGB switching signal and there is nothing so maybe there is something wrong?Comment
