I think it is the power draw of the Parhelia forcing you to need a better PSU...

why not? I've read numerous reports about Enermax PSUs crapping out on the 5v or 12v rail.Comment

it acctually applied to more than just that one PSU. i had problems with my 350W. people had problems with 300W and 550W PSU's because while the design was sound, they used a cheap resistor that had a tendency to fail.Originally posted by gpremec

Found the problem!
It's not PSU, but MBO! This AOpen I'm using has interesting "feature": it doesn't give full power on power-up! While PSU (Enermax 303W) gives all the power Parhelia needs, MBO doesn't give the some power on first power-up. And the ColdBoot hapens only if computer was shut down for more then 15 minutes.

I thought I would quickly give you my .02 on the matter...
I just got my P last night, and had the exact same thing happen...It was really pissing me off more than anything.
Anyhow, to cut to the chase, I flashed my BIOS and everything was kool thereafter. I've got an Epox 4g4a+ and a pretty large power supply as well...
Flash your BIOS, and lets see how things pan out.Comment
