Marvel G200 in XP

Hi everyone,

I have a Marvel G200 and am about to upgrade from Win 98SE to Win XP Home. I'm aware that Vid Tools cannot be used, but that's fine. I know that basic display drivers are included with XP but I've also read that they don't provide 3D acceleration.

In a newsgroup it was mentioned that Win2K drivers could be used instead to get 3D acceleration. Does anyone know how true this is please, and if not, what options are open to me apart from buying a new card?

Why not just use the G450 eTV WinXP drivers???

Do those drivers work just as well? I guess they must or you wouldn't have suggested it.

Do they have any adverse affects at all?

Haven't tried them myself, but have heard they work....
