I checked it out and that particular P comes as OEM-BAREBONE.

Card only. No box, no adaptors, no CD & a 15 day warranty.

yes it is missing a box ...damn always wanted that box, heh
i believe matrox has there own manufacter warrantee but i could be wrong.
It is too bad it is missing the dongle but you could probably buy that somplace else, and if you dont plan on doing tripple head, no big deal. newegg refurbs are sopposed to be cards that people have returned. not actuall refurbs, but that is just rumor. Newegg used to sellt he dongles for the g400 cards, so im guess you will see the dongles for parhelia showing up pretty soon.

It's not a problem if you have DVI and plan to use dualhead. But if you have a CRT, then the cable is needed as is the adapter if triple head is needed.
