He was implying some new features...not necesarily DX9 support...
Either way, when the DX9 drivers do finally come out, don't expect anything earth shattering. Right on! That means rather than 1-5 fps I'll get 2-6 fps? :-) Seriously though, I'd like some new drivers for Linux and Windows. Apparently (according to scumhawk) Dungeon Siege is very broken in the newest ones.
