Cables for G2+ /DUALP-PL

We got Matrox G200MMS (G2+ /DUALP-P) card. Where can we find cables for that card. Where search, where but, where .. anything ?

Please help

The cable model is "DL-CAB-VGA". If someone got scheme for this please help!
