G200 Dual DVI for LCD

I found a used G2+/DUALP-PL DVI PCI card I'd like to try with a DVI LCD monitor.

I have a couple questions.

Can I just plug in the monitor's DVI connector cable into the card or does it need a special cable or adaptor?

Will this card run a 19" LCD at 1280X1024?
