Xtom3d:unplayable on g400/opengl?

I recently tried to get this game to tun on new G400, once I copied the Opengl32.dll and also the glu32.dll files to its dir from win/sys it finally ran (if you can call it that). Completely unplayable. Anyone else try it yet? My c450a slowed to a crawl once it ran the game.

I had the same problem with the game. Plus is was slightly glitchy. :/
