Please help me Athlon-g400

Here's my problem it seems everytime I play games I will play them for sometime then all of a sudent the game will freeze crash or just reboot the computer... I ve tried alot but doesnt seem to be working anyways please give me any advice you can thank you. One other thing ALL my drivers have been updated the only thing I havent update is my bios
please tell me if it does any difference to update bios

96mb of pc100 sdram dimm
Sb live!value with liveware 3.0 irq 9
Matrox g400 latest drivers installed irq 11
realtek ethernet card irq 10
Video capture board IRQ 10
